if you want to get the mansion without the work read this! put at least 30,000 bells in your savings acccount and skip ahead 10 years. go in to your game and read your mail. youll get a thing from the bank saying your interest. keep going like this and youll get 99k. keep doing it until you get to 1 mill youll also get box of tissues ^_^. i paid it ALL off in like 20 minutes!

Triforce I believe is obtained by Redd's sales. Metroid comes from Gulliver (the UFO) Master Sword is one of Nook's special sales. I'm pretty sure these are the right ways to get them, but I got them over wi-fi

eventually after paying off enough mortages (sp? XD) you will get another floor. The room with the beds will become the 3rd floor, and you will get and upstairs to put furniture in. To my knowledge there is no way to put any furniture in the bed room.
