Very interesting and innovative design. I guess a minor drawback is the added difficulty of stationary hovering in windy conditions. (because of the wings being pushed by the wind)

btw, what part of that flight was autonomous?

Great video, do you notice a significant difference in hover flight time vs "fixed wing" flight time? What max flight time can you get?

That is so insanely awesome...a QUAD hybrid! I have to ask: Do you know if it can slow down at altitude and hold a hover (turn back to traditional quad position) I assume it can? Have you tried adding a gimballing camera or any sort of payload to it?
