In most cases, you can't really go wrong with the Electric type. It hits everything on her team super effectively except Altaria (who takes neutral damage, but will be decimated by nearly any Ice-type move), and it resists Aerial Ace.

You should have access to Magneton by the time you get here, which should be a huge help. That's about all I can say. It's been a while since I've done this.

i have 6 pokemon this is what my team is

when i killed the gym leader.

(linoone lvl 33, gloom lvl 32, swellow lvl 33, mightyena lvl 33, marshtomp lvl 33, dustox lvl 32) that was my team and infact i just beat her now so im not lieing lmfao i equally train them so they are same lvl seems to be working out alot also i used some tm on them so they own harder.

Evolve Spoink. The only place you find those are in the grass on the Jagged Pass coming down from Mt. Chimney. They're not really rare.

You shoulve kept howl on loudred so u couldve went with hypervoice/brickbreak/howl/sha­dowball for the elite 4. oh well, you can still use an heart scale.

Because I don't have it yet. At the time of this video, I hadn't even been to Lilycove City, much less the ship.

um, the ship is inbetween dewford and slateport. it takes like 5 minutes to get there

I have a very linear playing style, meaning that I very rarely backtrack. The thought of going back to Dewford or Slateport outside of plot-related reasons hadn't even crossed my mind.

Yeah, I think so, too. So far, my team has a glaring weakness to Ice and no real answer to Dark, among other things.

But we shall see how things turn out when I get that far.
