(he also had brine idk why he didn't use it when cresselia was > 50%hp)

Most of their defenses are too high to be OHKO and then most of them counter with Earthquake which will OHKO Rapidash. I'd give her Megahorn so you can send the likes of Mewtwo running.
As for flamethrower, I'd put in Flare Blitz, but if you want a special move, use something with more power like Fire Blast or Over Heat.
Flare blitz wouldnt be a very great idea if you dont want to risk injury, unless you have another fire move in its move pool. Fire blast's low accuarcy isnt good, and over heat isn't very good to use more than once especially since Rapidash is the special move type. If it were me I'd stick with flamethrower.
Those are all good points but you also have to keep in mind that Rapidash isn't really designed to take many hits anyway. It's more of a hit and run type. So even though Flare Blitz hurts a bit, Rapidash can still cause more havic with it before getting KO'd. With Flame Thrower, it can't do much damage before getting KO'd.
Nice battle. I really don't like it the way so many battlers use ubers and teach them really stupid moves and have no strategy whatsoever. It just seems like they battle to waste time.
substitute is useless because it normally fades after 1 atakk if its a strong atak and if its a weak atak then it takes about 3 ataks

supersonic and irontail are bad attacks for aerodactyl use erthaquake and dragonclaw or icefang....
rapidash is better is phisical moves change irontail with megahorn and flamethrower with flareblitz...
