1-2 prayer renewals are also great, for when the Mejkots (level 180's) or when the Ket Zek(360) is behind the other side of the Italy Rock. finish the ones in front of you, then take a sip of prayer renewal which lasts for 5 mins, then rest while both your life points and your prayer get restored.

Lol I almost beat Jad (and it was not the inv fault tbh) and I got 70 pray/78 def/73 range and this was my inv:

-2 Ranging Potions

-8 Saradomin Brews

-13 Super Restores

-4 Prayer Potions

-200 Diamond Bolts (e)

I died cuz I wasn't paying attention to jad enough, but it's easy to do with this :)

Crystal bow dosen't use arrows let alone bolts

i did it with nothing but addy bolts, black dhide 73 range sarabrews and super restores, its not as hard as people think, and you really don't need shark..

Funny thing is you'll get bored of that fire cape after a week or two lol.I can't even wear mine anymore without being disgusted by it.Im working on getting 99 pray now.That'll be a nice replacement.:D

pray 44 is enough to do full caves done on my firecape pure range 70 pray 44 so pray 44 is enough..

@trinijunie From a noob like me to a pro like you would my stats work? 78 range 75 defence 53 prayer... i also dont really know how the sara brews work like how many sips u take before u take a sip of super restore?

@SniPrsGeTMoHeD yea you'll be fine and sara brews raise your def and heal 150 but it also drains ur combat skills so, drink 2 or 3 sips and drink a sip of super restore...
