Yeah.. of my 19years of gaming this game made me feel such attachments to my comrades. from the dog, to finding sten's sword so he'd be happy, to getting under zevran's mind. I love this game :] i thought ffx was the only game where i could feel attachment, boy was i wrong XD

@DarkeningKairi dude i know exactly how you feel attached to the character. I had to individually find the perfect gift for each character (Like Andraste's grace for Leliana). And its funny you should mention Final Fantasy 10, because that is the only other game where I have been attached to characters, and felt like they were real. Both games, without a shadow of a doubt, are epics

Just started playing the game, almost stopped because of how horrible the lip-synching is. The plot, characters, and script are some of the best I've seen in a long time, but the bad lip-synchs completely ruins it.

@Brinx0 I counted 4 Juggernaut sets. Probably an exploit, as this is the PC version. Mods, etc. As for two swords... not really sure.

Like what someone else said, the multiple Juggernaut sets are probably a modification, and as for the double swords, Dual-Weapon Mastery allows you to wield two main-hand weapons =) -Was a City Elf Dual Weapon user for her first time through-

It's strange seeing Leliana in such heavy armour, but I guess you were going for matching armour sets for your entire team, I try to match my characters too, metal wise, like everyone wears red steel or steel or silverlite. That's the highest set of armour I will give Leliana, Silverlite.

I agree with mightili's comment and i think they should have made this song acoustic. it would have added to the scene had there been no accompanyment and if your going for romance with Leliana (who in their right mind wouldnt) it would have added to her mystique and overall beauty

It may not be the Juggernaut plate, there are quite a few named set armors that are silverite and look a lot like the Juggernaut set, not to mention it could just be default silverite plate armor and there are two helms i can think of that look exactly like the Juggernaut helm.

Just so the person who posted this video knows, this song isn't "In Uthenera", "In Uthenera" is the main theme for Dragon Age Origins, the one that plays on the main menu

What trows this a little bit off - she sounds like she is singing from the stage. They shouldn't have made this song with big auditorium effect. Its after all in a camp, and sound supposed to be less vibrant. Its all about realism at the moments like this, and this moment doesn't look very real. Song recorded in studio doesn't sound the same if it was sang at the campsite.

well one nature of the elven tongue is that it has magical effect that when you heard them sing or voice, unearthly musical effect arrive in one's soul the special effect come from one's mind and the actual reality... For me it suit just nice, if you prefer everything is in realistic, guess you shouldn't play the game in the first place because this is the world for Fantasy:)

Its amusing how you explain the weak facial expression mechanics in DAO by the nature of the elven tong, haha. Lip sinking during that song is a bit off. I loved the song itself though, and I did get the goose bumps, so nature of the elven tongue did touch me. =D

I guess you are one of those who wouldn't mind lips not moving at all. Lets just stare at lifeless face and listen to the song.

Its a next generation of games, but its not easy to lip sync the song. I've tried it myself.

to be honest, the way they made the facial movement may not be ideal but it is quite ok. Are you refer to this video?i can see the quality of the light is not that good, so you may seem the lack of facial expression, i had watch other video of the game, i play one myself, the facial is quite nice. i meant it may be problem of capturing the actual scene from the game, try out other video, i found some which are exceptional well in their facial display.:)

@SubBlaze1 No I mean that I understand its not easy to do lip syncing for a song. I've tried to lip sync some custom song to one of my clips I was making in DAO Builder and I gave up. It needs a lot of editing after the initial automatic syncing is complete, otherwise it looked like his mouth was chopping a wood at very high speed LMAO. Or need to record lyrics with your own voice first then lip syncing is much easier. Not enough gestures though to make a decent customized clip.

Looks like the Juggernaut armor to me. I have no idea how he or she got multiple sets of them though. If memory serves, there's just the one set you get in the Brecilian Forest and Elven Ruins.

Amazing song. One cliche that never really bothered me is that elvish is always a pretty-sounding language. This is why.

I never even thought of having everyone wear the Juggernaut armor. Also, I didn't know Leliana could wear that armor, but I guess with a mod it's possible.

Anyone can wear the Juggernaut Armor provided they have a Strength of 38. Judging by the fact that the player respecced Leliana into Dual Weapons, that seems likely anyway.
