@guillermo0809 More than I can use because I always break something before it is even half way dead. HA. I've gone about 20 minutes in a parking lot just speeding back and forth but then I went crazy as always and spun a tire off and stripped a wheel. Those were 5000mah 30c, I got new ones that fit right and same thing, they are 4200mah 40c. I have better bash vids though this was before steel shafts and I was trying to not break it because my girl said I couldn't run it and not break it. HA
now you had a little time with the trick star esc how do you like it. can you feel and major difference from the monster max you were running . and how is you temps on 6s
Nice maxx, check out my videos, im working on my 6s maxx, 2200kv castle motor, Mamba monster esc failed to water exspousure. so i will be running a 75 dollar turnigy trackstar 150amp esc, will see how it go`s i`ll give a good unbias review of the esc short term and long term. (not exspecting for it compare to the 160 dollar mamba monster but for 75 dollars if it even lasted a season it was worth it
does lipo need like special charger? or what is the difference, is it output power?
and my antenna isn't working very good after like 30 feet on my 1/16 E-revo brushless. Do you know why? I wanna hook up 7.2volt 7 celled battery to it so bad :/
Yes lipo takes a special charger so you can balance out each cell to be even. They put out way more amps and current so yes more power. A 35c lipo will have more punch than a 10c. If your radio is stock then it will not work that far really, as soon as I got my brushless I had to get a spectrum radio cause I couldn't get up to half speed without glitching. I had 6 and 7 cell nimh batts and let me tell you lipo is the best thing you can do. More run time and WAY more power. Hope this helps
Well, I mean it's 100 for a radio. And I dont plan to get it up to 70 mph because i like off road and LiPo will make the motor heat up a hell lot faster than stock. And plus , I dont take care of my batterys so if i got a LiPo it would explode SSTM
Also the spectrum lets you run with as many friends as you want without worrying about what crystals every ones got. And mine tells you mph-temps-lap times and so much more. I can drive it until I can't tell which way its going without one glitch. get lipo and 2.4ghz radio.
The big joes are great in everything from mud to pavement to grass- everything. But I had these psddle tires for a beach trip last year and didnt get to run then so tried them out this week end and was supprised how well they did. I broke the two center drive shafts two different times and was going rather easy on it as far as hard take offs. and they just look cool spitting sand everywhere. Big joes for everything and paddle for sand only.
Your truck makes the resort/hotels look like dirt. Two of the greatest enjoyments in life at one place you lucky dog. I would pay to see some one successfully launch their submersible E-maxx into the tide and ride a wave=p Where's your Billabong shorts they have a Metallica limited edition board short now I'm getting a pair. Nice vid, Dakine.
Yeah it was the main attraction there, had people yelling from the balcony at it. My brother in law bought a brand new buggy and drove it for about 2 sec and then let his son drive it-drive it straight into the ocean that is. POOF!! end of buggy. Everything fried and now has rust on every inch of it.
Yeah the paddles make it act like a boat. Slow speed throws sand everywhere but once you get going and plain out then its almost as much grip as dirt.
ya i wasthinking about that what bulkheads would you reccommend?and i am selling my cage for it the rc solutions one becasue its to much of a hassell evertime i want to get to the components.
I have integy because I got a real good deal on them but I have heard from others that they are made of rather soft metal. So if you are willing to pay then just look for the ones made out of the hardest metal you can find. As for the roll cage mine is in the way all the time but does leave a little bit of room to work. And is well worth the hassle.
get alum bulkheads and the rc solutions roll cage and you will almost never break another again. thats what i got on mine and look at my other videos and you can see some of the hits they take and don't break. axles and drive shafts though i can't keep from breaking, got some steel ones coming that will last i hope.
No it has the stock pinion that comes with the MMM and the stock spur. I got a 27t pinion but its just way to fast. I wouldn't even try it on sand cause I can't handle it on the road.
Great video but what happened at the end of the video,....something broke??

Yeah the 2.4ghz is good, but I don't need that far of a range. You know what I mean? I just run it through my yard, and close to me. haha
