Actually, this is the kind of video they asked for and they told me I had the best video out of all the applicants. And the staff in the office told me I had the job. Then someone from the regional office came in and asked me some bizaar questions that caught me off guard, like "What cartoon character are you?" I was prepared for questions about how I would deal with our tenants. So she didn't like my answers to her crazy questions and vetoed hiring me.
And this video is from 3 years ago. I already had a job when I applied but the apartment job would give me free rent. Now I hold 2 jobs in the field I want to pursue. I think I've bounced back just fine.

It was a job at an apartment complex helping plan and put on complex events.
