  • I MAKE SURE to get 9 hours of sleep and 5 glasses of water a day some days i work out twice a day but on days maybe i work...... but on average i work our 10 times a week Tuesday - Thursday Cardio Friday yoga/stretching Saturday Toning Sunday Rest Monday Yoga/stretching

    No gym membership

    No dumbbells

    Just walking outside
