I quit volleyball long time ago, i had the greatest spike ever then going down my foot got caught on the net and my other foot lost momentum and twisted whilst my head hit the ground causing me to get a concussion :/

It was pretty good, you don't see many steps in men's though, just in womens. What was really awesome was the 51 at 0:32. He hits it like a 51(quick), but it is set like a 53. Soooo sick. You won the club team provincials? If so, your team must have been pretty good, PA usually crushes everyone, at least it was that way when I played. I played team Sask back when i was in highschool. The pipe at 1:09 is really sick too. The red middle totally froze the middle on the other side.
