I did this and it worked almost perfect. The only problem is that my HX2410 can't connect to me WPA2-PSK network. It tries to connect and doesn't. It says driver not loaded. Can anyone help?

@louthugrebirth man, you need to flash it again, you will need to update your ipaq in following order:

1.00.00_L -> 1.00.00_H -> 1.02.00_H -> WM6.5! ...if you can go to bootloader screen you can save your device

for every one who says that is a mistake puting winmo6.5 in the ipaq 2000 series, I just do it a week ago, in my hx 2790b and is fully operating, 100% working all features, running smooth, so, is not an official release for this PDA, but it works ok.

I tried to update the ROM for the HX2410 model. I had an old version windows mobile (v4) now when I updated to this ROM everything went well during the update. The problem is that when the device is loading it will hang when the progress bar is full. I don't know what to do.

Can you help me? :(

Ok so i need to know something, im trying to do the whole 6.5 thing on an ipaq hx2410. Im using ur tutorials and all. But i don't understand this bit. I managed to change the drivers for windows 7, but now im stuck on the part of getting it to 1.00.00 H. You say you can find it in the "1.00.00 H" folder BUT to intall it use the "hx2000 1.00.00 L" install folder. Where would it be found?

Is there a way to format the whole device? And what the hell is filestore? Is it some word for the file explorer or am i missing something, would greatly appriciate a reply from someone who knows so much about this device. Thanks.

do not try men the last legal update for your pda was wm5 this is onuficial version and some times have many errors or some aplications don`t work fine just see the oficial page in hp and see the legals update some software can be very dangers for the pda and more when the update are not oficial for the handle

true is that this rom is not an official update, but mistake is have a wm5. WM6.5 looks great and this version is very fast and stable. Not mistake to install.
