Their first three albums have a much more noticeable BM presence, particularly the second and third. "We... The Enlightened" and "12Ablaze" are very high in my top fave albums. Definitely recommended.

To me, the vocals have that "gravelly" black metal style throughout a lot of the song. That's basically the only BM influence I've heard so far.

symphonic metal on it's own has no black metal influence. hence this is symphonic black metal. just fuckn' look it up there are hundreds in this specific genre, it's pretty much all i've been listening to for the past two years. Old Man's Child, Summoning, Emperor, Shade Empire, Equilibrium, Nokturnal Mortum, Limbonic Art. if you don't believe me i really don't care.
