Ugh, I live up north in Sapporo and they're really strict about where you can and can't leave your bike. I let my friend borrow it and he parked it too close to the main subway station -> it got put on a truck like that and he had to pay like 2000 Yen. I've pretty much stopped using my bike by now because of it.

Well in my city the people dont really think much of pot but rather they mostly focus on hard drugs, which is great, but sometimes it hs its downfalls.
