I must admit that tis early version of the algorithm was far from perfect. Do not hesitate to test with your own files MaximalSound 2.0 which is now online.
You can be scared by earing what any dynamic processor add to your sound. Note that no audio manufacturer proposes such test on their products otherwise no one would buy a compressor...
The current processing is better now than that used on this demo. Do not hesitate to run your own test at maximalsound [dot] com
