  • Daadi's Mutton Biryani is the best biryani in the world because there is a special ingredient which is love. u cant buy it from anywhere. some people never had this experiences that why they comment like stupid.

  • Funny how people say horrible stuff.

People make food different, some like using hands, some like utensils.

Even chefs use there hands to mix things. How are meatballs made? By hand! Cutting garlic , onions all done by hand.

Before everyones goes saying shit all about her cooking type, look at your own freaking lifestyle.

  • her cooking in the sink is so unhygienic.

  • old is gold

  • daadi's biryani has experience n flavours.cant wait to try the biryani.Biryani looks yummy. We all eat at hotels ,do we look in their kitchen for hygiene?

  • awesome recipee by an awesome rocking dadi.. the health freaks go take ur dumps on golden pottys.. this is our tradition .. eat it or dont.. fuck it..ill finish that whole dish all by myself lol

  • nice biryani - thank you dadiji, you reminded me of my mother. same like you talking and behaviour and in smile and size and age - GOD BLESS YOU

  • i dont under stand one thing why people make such a issue of using hands in cooking and eating with hands .i wish she was my dadi,i would be eating this wounderful biryani .

  • she is preparing everything in kitchen sink unhygienic as hell

  • oh god this is so unhygenic..i don't mind using hand for mixing mutton....but the whole thing she did right near that tap was so hunhygenic and it's 1st time i am seeing some1 adding adding water to biryani...........

  • hehehe subah se yahi tamasha chal raha tha?? lolz

  • the most unhygenic way of cooking biryani..

  • your daddi rocks !

  • this cant be biryani, this is unhygienic way, also enought salt she said, everything sud be in moderation, and she added heaps loads water 2 lamb

  • that is not biryani at all

  • from what angle is this unhygenic?

  • hahahaa shes dipping her hands in the lamb, wen u can use kitchen eqipment, u can get all sorts of kitchen sppons, and spoon mixers, u never use ur hands whilst preparing a meal. its unhygienic and jerms be in ur fingernails, thy mite look clean but they r not.

  • @chinikumhai : we, in India, use hands.AND, we have some of the best immunities on earth! Beat that????

  • beat wat, im not commenting on you tube 4 a fingernail beauty contest, i said wats important, and food sud be handled with care. so there, u gt ur answer.

  • @chinikumhai

If we dipp our hands in food its unhygienic ....

Okay... Dont touch your baby .... from now onwards try to use a fork and a spoon...

You can never beat the variety of Indian reciepy....

  • @suvojitbanerjee1977 you see if you look at make up artists they dont use thier hands they use thier make up brushes to apply make up, same goes for food you dont use hands, if you do, you need to really wear specail cooking gloves, because people shit in toilet and wipe thier ass with shit and little toilet paper. i hope this is better answer now, why not to use your hands to much,in cooking.lol

  • plz dont make this receipe at home.its horrible, unhygenic

  • Thats anything but a BIRYANI.. Thats more like Mutton curry layered to show off as biryani.. thats definitely NOT a biryani..

  • nice job daadi

  • u guys probably forgot to add in the potatoes......

  • sdalvi can u please also type the recipe online or email it to me?

  • unhygienic cooking conditions are a turn off...

  • most guys who act snooty are the same guys who eat roadside street food whr the vendor takes a dump or blows his nose and then dnt wash hands properly and uses the same bare hands to make food. not to mention flies buzzing all over the place.

  • A big LOL

  • messy and unhygenic i would feel sick

  • adorable DAADI !!!!!!!!!

  • ya biryani is deferent in all countrys but pakistany biryani i think is the best indian biryani is allso nice

  • AWESOME

  • nice one,,, the guy who is taking the video is cute

i feel moms do so much hard work

and men just complain,,,, he sort of complained about the fat going in there

  • also depends on meat + spices used and timeused to cook it.

  • to add there many different versions but the process is correct for authentic biryani. some ppl just use saffron instead of saffron oil.

  • Thanks a lot for recipe Daadiji.

    BTW, this is definitely biriyani.

  • this is a version of hyderbadi or sindhi biriyani.

north indian biryanis dont use potatoes.

  • hey authentic or not ..looks absolutely delish...sweet dadi too!

  • looks good

  • englishtamil and nit78...at least appreciate the sincere effort and work that he's put in. Oh sorry..what I really meant to say was, "kam se kam inke adhik prayaas tatha prayatna ka mulya nirdharan kare."

    Thanks for the helpful recipe,sdalvi.

  • are bhai...daadi bhee angrezi bol rahee hai.. kya baat hai.. sahee mai , hum ghulam hain in goron ke

  • kyo bhai agrezi un kay baap ki hai kya?

  • I believe it tasted fine but this is no biryani and definitely not authentic!

  • Englishtamil, you are absolutely wrong. Biryani is cooked in a variety of different ways in India/Pakistan/Bangladesh etc. There is no such thing as one authentic way! There are a variety of different ways to make biryani.

  • Yeah right, there's so such thing as authentic. I'm sure fried rice is nothing but Chinese biryani. And lemon rice? South-Indian tangy biryani without half the spices. What about pulaav? It's just biryani misspelt. Jeera rice? That's biryani when you don't have anything else to add other than rice and jeera and some pepper. White rice? That's biyani before mixing it with curry. Bloody good logic, I completely agree with you.

  • You are being a bit rash don't you think? What I said was when it comes to biryani there are many variations on a theme such as Hyderabadi, Sindhi, Bangladeshi etc. I've had all of these and each taste unique and great in their own way. I am from kerala and they have their own way too. So you get the idea. The word biryani comes from a persian root word which means to roast or cook in dry heat. On wikipedia they do a good job of explaining in more detail. I can't post the link

  • Regal, I get your point about each region have its own variation. But the root remains more or less the same. I've read the wiki article once and I distinctly remember this line the conveys my point

"The difference between biryani and pullao is that while biryani may be made by cooking the items together, pullao, is used to denote a dish where the rice is cooked separately from the other ingredients."

  • Can never get enough Biryani! Deeeelish...thanks Daadi....maza aaa gaya!
