Sorry for the delayed response... I seldom check these things once I get it posted. I just generally send the e-mails on to the owner-builder-pilot to handle. You nailed it right on the head...!! That was some major tail flutter you spotted... fortunately, Bill throttled back and it went away... but as you probably noticed... he dropped the gear and headed home right away.
We figure that 'flutter' is what broke the rudder/tail wheel servo loose during the landing roll-out.
