@CVT2332 - yes, the original time restraint on YT made it difficult to do it properly as would be needed in a class, but one can memorized it and call it back on thier own - taking as much time as possible. Thanks for commenting.

All I see is mystery and chaos, when I try to get closer it's like there's an electric forcefield shrouded in mist. I struggle to get passed, but it pushes me back like a current. I can barely make out something beyond it. Colours, predominantly purples, darkness gradually swallowing a brightening spectrum, collapsing it into an array of glowing, star-like flecks.
@Zevarye - as I have mentioned on this video with others, your timing could be off for connecting and your guide/s could be keeping you true to your path. Also protecting you is something else they can do if they need to.

@myaccount235 - sounds like a nice one. No one has wings - it is a misconception of what they saw in the past that they thought were wings when it was really their auras and she must have had a large and beautiful one. :)
@mas88rus - then you need to read about the history of wings - it's a misconception of an aura represented as wings in today's art. It is a creation of mankind's imagination and if you see them ask why they are there, as there are decievers out there too that like to mess with our minds and not tell the truth. Keep your guard up because they can also pretend to be our guides or attack our guides.
@mas88rus - also my guides said, these deceivers appease our egos by coming in as friends and turning evil. Don't take anything from a spirit that you wouldn't take from a friend. I cannot begin to tell you how many people wrote me exactly that. That's why I did my Ask Atomarane books on the questions from people writing me. They also said, unattached wings wouldn't be functional and if you start feeling defensive over what they are sharing it could be a sign that you are already under attack.
@atomarane I truly appreciate your concern, but if you "see", I'm sure you have met Earth Angels who do indeed have beautiful etheric wings. They are an extension of their spirit body and are used to hold and spread more light. The same happens with guides. We are born with 4 spiritual guides and they may be different for some people. One person may have a Native American, and Archangel, a Fairy, and some other light being as the 4 types. The way we can distinguish them is by their wings.
@mas88rus - FYI, I am not "book" learned. I have been doing this for over 23 years and all my knowledge of what is out there is from the ones that are "out there". Knowing I don't seek "fluff" they have been very honest with me and stand in the truth of their soul and guide me to the truth in other's. Fairies used to be considered evil creatures of the astral realm until someone put wings on them too. I'm not asking you to believe me, you can research it yourself. :)

@atomarane hmm wonder why he chose that form, guess I'll know when he's ready to show his true form. Going tword the piramid I felt a kind of sadness, like there was an emptiness in my heart. Once inside I felt warm and at peace and had a wonderful time with the Kirin and the jaguar.
@Din0itanak0 - things that we have in our mind through life's experiences that we may already feel familiar with. I'd say those emotions have a true meaning of being lost on your path and finding home again. ;)
In doing this meditation the creature that came out tword me was a japanese Kirin is that possible? He didn't speak at all and walked with me into the piramid and I asked a few questions to which he either nodded or shook his head then we were joined by a jaguar who came up to me put his paws on my shoulders and licked my face I could feel it even after my cheek was slightly sore and a little pink. I'm confused on what all this means.
@Din0itanak0 - since the first is mythological, I doubt it was real but a projected thought to appease your ego as opposed to showing it's true self. They can do that sometimes to keep you from knowing who they really are until you have no judgment on them. It's better to appease what you are comfortable with - at first. The jaguar could be in your energy to protect or harm you - depending on how it's mind is used. As you said, your cheek was sore. What's important is how you felt during it.
I have a question. i did this meditation a couple of times now. in one of them Angel Rafael came to me who was not my guardian angel and my spirit guides and rafael listen to my thoughs as i told them not to . any reason why?
@atomarane I did not feel anything but my whole life i have been having intensive dreams that always meant something. Then a few weeks ago i did a past life regression. I saw the one who was supposed to be my mother. in that life. After that this woman came to me in my dreams and told me that Angel Rafael likes me. I then checked what it means if you hear or see Rafael in my dreams and it was written that i will be more of a spiritual person if you hear or see Rafarel.
@atomarane Then i did this meditation and found out that the very mother in my last life is now my spirit guide. I recently had a dream about UFOs and stars and it was like i was on another planet because i was closer too the stars. I think i had an OBE. I checked what that meant and that also meant spiritual. My though is that Rafael show up to me because it is meant that i will become more spiritual. Maybe i might be wrong? Sorry for my bad english, i am in sweden. Thanks :)

@ZoruaSan - the sorrow came form a female (angel) around you knowing of your hurt and to let you know she was there. You can have an eye tear up by itself - it isn't unusual.
Excuse me...but i contacted my guide and she said she sould come to the mortal world...about 2 weeks ago i did my final meditation and since then i havnt been able to talk to her...she said "you must find a way to break me through the realm" So i meditated as best as i can. So she must be through. She said that she'll need to collect energy before she can manifest but...i dont know what to do..
The first thing I thought when I came to your page roughly a month ago was "I can feel my spirit guides here". That energy was linked to something familiar and I knew in my heart that I wanted to reach for it and now here I am. Finally. Getting ready to be with the beings I've been needing in my life for so long.
I recently channeled some of the energy off of some new stones and I found that calcite stones are really good for angel meditation! Pink and blue calcite are great psi stones.
However, as much as he wished to show me things, he let me know that I need to let go in order for him to do so... Let go to get deeper into the vision. There's still part of me that wouldn't drift totally into the subsconscious/minds eye. I felt that he was my true love, twin flame even. And that he may be currently walking the earth in this dimension, although possibly not in the form I saw him in. It made me cry for the first time in months. During my first real experience of connection with my spirit guide a week or so ago, using a different meditation, I flew overhead a raven. We soared over forests, mountains, and rivers. Yesterday I did another, and got a little deeper. I stood in a meadow with my raven guide, and watched as he shape shifted into the form of a native man, perhaps a few years older than myself in appearence. He took my hand and told me there were things he wanted to show me. Felt deep love from and for him.
i have too much going on in my mind to clear it .but i believe i have a spirit guide ,he or she has shown me .like once i asked for a sign and the lights went out.

Is it normal to feel a tingling sensation in the middle of my forehead when doing the meditation? And when I feel a tingling sensation on the right side of my head, is that energy?

You shouldn't have to feel anything but it could be increasing your energy which is helpful in meditation and communication. Some people think that we have to see or feel to believe. I'll ask my guides to ask those around you to be more careful and to be on the look out that any lower life forms aren't attaching. This can happen anytime - like with our pets that cross over and want to hang around still.
There have been times when I have been woken up out of a deep sleep with a loud whisper of my name "Luke" in my ear, when there was nobody around. I am going to try to find out of this was one of my guides trying to get my attention before I was truly ready to make contact--I will ask, or keep asking...
The man I saw was sitting where I would have been sitting -- the two chairs across from each other. For a minute, I thought it was an older version of my body, though I can't understand why I would be seeing that?
I just keep getting images of a woman in a green 50s style dress... Her smile is so lovely. I felt her hold my hand as we walked toward the pyramid. I felt the presence of an older man inside the pyramid... briefly. This was amazing, thank you. I will keep trying to make contact.

I have, 3. They said, brace for the coming storm.We all will help you. The first one, the cougar, vanished. Then the other 2 a dog and a snake, vanished, then i heared a voice say, Air and fire, is you.
My guide was, my cougar. He whispered. I, am not the only one. Then I saw a Leopard and Wolvarine. The wolvarine said, a powerful gust is coming, prepare for the storm. The leopard said,us, your totem animalsand guide animals will help you with the coming storm.Then, the cougar said, be wise, be fair and kind.
@paralyzingkings - maybe it's a good lesson not to meditate with a storm is going on around us. Never thought of it before but my guides said you got caught up in an energy vortex because of all the power going on around you and it heightened your awareness extremely. But I also heard that you will be ok .. so take a deep breath and be at peace.
well when i surged.... the power in my house went completely out, i heard 3 voices almost simultaneously... Is he here yet? Did he make it? Not this time. and i opened my eyes my digital clock was blinking and my power came back on.
I would like your insight. first time meditating... I was sitting upright in my room and my breaths got to the point where they almost ceased completely. It was raining above my house, a light drizzle, but i was aware of each drop hitting. I then felt a huge magnetism around my whole body, and felt very safe and warm. I could also hear and feel electricity, running to the source of my house, and then being redirected. I concentrated when it ran to the souce and when it did, i surged
I didn't get much, but I did see a little of what my guide looked like. I saw long hair and a long egyption robe. I couldn't get that great a picture of his/her face. I didn't get a distinct answer for my question, but it sounded like a yes. ^^ I feel kind of happy now!
@atomarane It felt KIND OF like he was a guy... but I wasn't sure... his face looked DEFINATLY male... but his hair SCREAMED girl. But I'm POSITIVE he's a male. I never got a name, though! He didn't tell me his name when I asked! Is that a bad thing?
@SingLoid - guys can have long hair too and since the clothing that you saw dipicts a possible ancient time it would seem that would be the type of hair that men had back then. So I feel you did wuite well with what you received.
No, it's not bad to not get a name. Old souls have many names and it's immaterial to them. If he is showing you this life and you didn't get a name it may be that he is waiting for a better time to tell you - so you won't judge him by a name.
@atomarane I tried this, I envisioned 2 beings, lifting me up into that place. a lady dressed in white, holding a bouquet of flowers. she had black hair.
she sat opposite me,smiling. I felt both love from her and fear of her.
I asked if I was going to be ok, and I had a strange, unsure, feeling of negativity.
I asked if I was going to make friends, and she most deffinately said yes.
I asked if there was a higher reasoning behind life, and she said both yes and no. I started crying, help? :(
@animalluver101 - it's ok - it is to let you know that the power of love and truth is within you - not within another. They are just another form of guidance (just as a friend or family member). They are the gateway to higher learning but some of them are still learning too. The flowers are a gift of trust and the question of higher reasoning was a vague question - so I can see whay you got a yes and no. Be more direct. What could it mean, though, that whenever I do meditation, I always envision two spirits? Its weird how I feel them, they are both warm, but at the same time, they make me feel differently 'warmed'.
@animalluver101 - you're welcome. It's like everything we do the first time in life - can be a little scarey - like a first roller coaster ride. Two could be a choice to balance one with the other - as one rest - one takes over - as we know there are bad elements everywhere and this can be a form of protection. Some have even more then two. That's why I suggested watching my other videos - it may help take the scarey out of things. :)

@TengoSama - meditating is listening and we get messages all the time but dispute it - take time to sit in the light of their energy and be calm and patient in getting a reply as they are all very busy.

Atomarane~I'm terrible at meditating, I've decided. The only time I feel I've done it right was when I felt ultimate peace at my core.
I visualized a tall beautiful male with long hair with long robes. There were more in the background that I couldn't focus into view, but all this totally could have been my imagination. My little sis also saw a male.
P.S. The hypnosis video only worked once on my little sis; she says she doesn't visualize anything anymore.
well, i saw a face. I saw a woman with tiger stripes on her face, and a flash of a pouncing tiger and she was back again to a person. im a girl but i(for some reason) told her she was beautiful. she acted like i was just saying it. btw my favorite animal is a wolf which is why my screen name is"vengefulwolf"
@fetalxmind - As I mentioned under the video notes .... You may want to listen to it a few times, to memorize it, and then do it on your own without the video. Your mind's eye is what you use for this meditation. As in day dreaming or nighttime dreaming - it is also what you use for meditating.
@cunnidvd = whatever you want to learn - and whatever they know. I've learned that they are like any teacher - once you have learned all but want more - move on. It is also allowed. But if they are good at what they do - they should be able to teach you to tap into the truth in the universe - the hall of records so to speak - and from there you can have anything. But - remember one thing - your thoughts will be seen by others too and you may be judged on it - the Golden Rule is still important.

In doing this meditation the creature that came out tword me was a japanese Kirin is that possible? He didn't speak at all and walked with me into the piramid and I asked a few questions to which he either nodded or shook his head then we were joined by a jaguar who came up to me put his paws on my shoulders and licked my face I could feel it even after my cheek was slightly sore and a little pink. I'm confused on what all this means.

@Din0itanak0 - since the first is mythological, I doubt it was real but a projected thought to appease your ego as opposed to showing it's true self. They can do that sometimes to keep you from knowing who they really are until you have no judgment on them. It's better to appease what you are comfortable with - at first. The jaguar could be in your energy to protect or harm you - depending on how it's mind is used. As you said, your cheek was sore. What's important is how you felt during it.

I have a question. i did this meditation a couple of times now. in one of them Angel Rafael came to me who was not my guardian angel and my spirit guides and rafael listen to my thoughs as i told them not to . any reason why?

@atomarane I did not feel anything but my whole life i have been having intensive dreams that always meant something. Then a few weeks ago i did a past life regression. I saw the one who was supposed to be my mother. in that life. After that this woman came to me in my dreams and told me that Angel Rafael likes me. I then checked what it means if you hear or see Rafael in my dreams and it was written that i will be more of a spiritual person if you hear or see Rafarel.

@atomarane Then i did this meditation and found out that the very mother in my last life is now my spirit guide. I recently had a dream about UFOs and stars and it was like i was on another planet because i was closer too the stars. I think i had an OBE. I checked what that meant and that also meant spiritual. My though is that Rafael show up to me because it is meant that i will become more spiritual. Maybe i might be wrong? Sorry for my bad english, i am in sweden. Thanks :)

@atomarane i forgot to mention that when Raphael first showed up i ask about the son i had in my past life and then my son showed up as a little kid and i keep repeating that he should be bigger and then suddenly i went to a lake and cared for a dolphin and Rapahel and my spirit guides follow me with their eyes and listen to my thoughs again. could they have been intressted to know what i was thinking about all that? i like ur chanel and i subscribed, thanks for answers and great videos.

@ZoruaSan - the sorrow came form a female (angel) around you knowing of your hurt and to let you know she was there. You can have an eye tear up by itself - it isn't unusual.

Excuse me...but i contacted my guide and she said she sould come to the mortal world...about 2 weeks ago i did my final meditation and since then i havnt been able to talk to her...she said "you must find a way to break me through the realm" So i meditated as best as i can. So she must be through. She said that she'll need to collect energy before she can manifest but...i dont know what to do..

The first thing I thought when I came to your page roughly a month ago was "I can feel my spirit guides here". That energy was linked to something familiar and I knew in my heart that I wanted to reach for it and now here I am. Finally. Getting ready to be with the beings I've been needing in my life for so long.
I recently channeled some of the energy off of some new stones and I found that calcite stones are really good for angel meditation! Pink and blue calcite are great psi stones.

However, as much as he wished to show me things, he let me know that I need to let go in order for him to do so... Let go to get deeper into the vision. There's still part of me that wouldn't drift totally into the subsconscious/minds eye. I felt that he was my true love, twin flame even. And that he may be currently walking the earth in this dimension, although possibly not in the form I saw him in. It made me cry for the first time in months. I'll let you know how your meditation helps me

During my first real experience of connection with my spirit guide a week or so ago, using a different meditation, I flew overhead a raven. We soared over forests, mountains, and rivers. Yesterday I did another, and got a little deeper. I stood in a meadow with my raven guide, and watched as he shape shifted into the form of a native man, perhaps a few years older than myself in appearence. He took my hand and told me there were things he wanted to show me. Felt deep love from and for him.

Wow--thank you so much for the information in your responses and for answering my questions. Your youtube channel is so user-friendly and incredibly informative. There is a lot about "life" I would love to learn from my guides, and I believe I am ready to strengthen those bonds. Just another quick question... Is it normal to feel a tingling sensation in the middle of my forehead when doing the meditation? And when I feel a tingling sensation on the right side of my head, is that energy?

You shouldn't have to feel anything but it could be increasing your energy which is helpful in meditation and communication. Some people think that we have to see or feel to believe. I'll ask my guides to ask those around you to be more careful and to be on the look out that any lower life forms aren't attaching. This can happen anytime - like with our pets that cross over and want to hang around still.

I just keep getting images of a woman in a green 50s style dress... Her smile is so lovely. I felt her hold my hand as we walked toward the pyramid. I felt the presence of an older man inside the pyramid... briefly. This was amazing, thank you. I will keep trying to make contact.

Never thought of it before but my guides said you got caught up in an energy vortex because of all the power going on around you and it heightened your awareness extremely. But I also heard that you will be ok .. so take a deep breath and be at peace.

I would like your insight. first time meditating... I was sitting upright in my room and my breaths got to the point where they almost ceased completely. It was raining above my house, a light drizzle, but i was aware of each drop hitting. I then felt a huge magnetism around my whole body, and felt very safe and warm. I could also hear and feel electricity, running to the source of my house, and then being redirected. I concentrated when it ran to the souce and when it did, i surged

I didn't get much, but I did see a little of what my guide looked like. I saw long hair and a long egyption robe. I couldn't get that great a picture of his/her face. I didn't get a distinct answer for my question, but it sounded like a yes. ^^ I feel kind of happy now!

@SingLoid - guys can have long hair too and since the clothing that you saw dipicts a possible ancient time it would seem that would be the type of hair that men had back then. So I feel you did wuite well with what you received.
No, it's not bad to not get a name. Old souls have many names and it's immaterial to them. If he is showing you this life and you didn't get a name it may be that he is waiting for a better time to tell you - so you won't judge him by a name.

@atomarane I tried this, I envisioned 2 beings, lifting me up into that place. a lady dressed in white, holding a bouquet of flowers. she had black hair.
she sat opposite me,smiling. I felt both love from her and fear of her.
I asked if I was going to be ok, and I had a strange, unsure, feeling of negativity.
I asked if I was going to make friends, and she most deffinately said yes.
I asked if there was a higher reasoning behind life, and she said both yes and no. I started crying, help? :(

@animalluver101 - it's ok - it is to let you know that the power of love and truth is within you - not within another. They are just another form of guidance (just as a friend or family member). They are the gateway to higher learning but some of them are still learning too. The flowers are a gift of trust and the question of higher reasoning was a vague question - so I can see whay you got a yes and no. Be more direct. What could it mean, though, that whenever I do meditation, I always envision two spirits? Its weird how I feel them, they are both warm, but at the same time, they make me feel differently 'warmed'.

Two could be a choice to balance one with the other - as one rest - one takes over - as we know there are bad elements everywhere and this can be a form of protection. Some have even more then two. That's why I suggested watching my other videos - it may help take the scarey out of things. :)

Atomarane~I'm terrible at meditating, I've decided. The only time I feel I've done it right was when I felt ultimate peace at my core.
I visualized a tall beautiful male with long hair with long robes. There were more in the background that I couldn't focus into view, but all this totally could have been my imagination. My little sis also saw a male.
P.S. The hypnosis video only worked once on my little sis; she says she doesn't visualize anything anymore.

well, i saw a face. I saw a woman with tiger stripes on her face, and a flash of a pouncing tiger and she was back again to a person. im a girl but i(for some reason) told her she was beautiful. she acted like i was just saying it. btw my favorite animal is a wolf which is why my screen name is"vengefulwolf"

@fetalxmind - As I mentioned under the video notes .... You may want to listen to it a few times, to memorize it, and then do it on your own without the video. Your mind's eye is what you use for this meditation. As in day dreaming or nighttime dreaming - it is also what you use for meditating.

@cunnidvd = whatever you want to learn - and whatever they know. I've learned that they are like any teacher - once you have learned all but want more - move on. It is also allowed. But if they are good at what they do - they should be able to teach you to tap into the truth in the universe - the hall of records so to speak - and from there you can have anything. But - remember one thing - your thoughts will be seen by others too and you may be judged on it - the Golden Rule is still important.
