@rocdimple Sure was, just like you said fairly simple, and easy to use. Wakes me up fast. the problem i had with my other alarm clocks was that after a while i would get used to the sound, and would actually fall back to sleep even with the alarm on.

iHome alarm clock is probably the best I've ever had. I do have an iPod so it's not like I bought it so I could have a radio/alarm clock :D But I love my iHome because the alarm starts out softly and gradually gets louder so its not like I'm waking up to an immediate jet takeoff :D I'm glad someone finally thought of gradually waking a person up so he/she doesn't wake up with a heart attack :)

I have it and it does NOT really wake me up. Not the alarm, not the vib. It's just useless and kinda crappy. It's not that I can't wake up with this thing, I really hear it, but it doesn't get me out of bed ... when it stands right my head, I hear it after about half an hour beeping and switch it off still sleeping. When it stands about 5ft away I just continue sleeping. I'm a special heavy sleeper and this ain't funny coz I can't live with it :(

Are you sure that you've plugged it in correctly? I know some people put it under their pillow instead but I easily feel it when it's under my mattress. Any kind of body vibration should help you get up. It's not supposed to jolt you out of bed lolz

I've used to use the vibrator and put it under my bed. I no longer use it because the vibration is strong and scares the hell out of me. Every morning when the vibrator goes off I literally jump up to a standing position on my bed as a natural reaction. I have the vibrator unplugged, and yes it is strong when you wake up to it.
