This is a documentary video about a Japanese boy, Ibuki, who has mentally handicapped. He goes to elementary school with other non-handicapped kids and now he is in 4th grade (9-10 years old). His daily life and people around him are introduced in this video.

And this video won a prize at japan documentary video contest in 2009.

In the conclusion, his mother was talking about a story.

When his sister was little girl, she once asked the mom. "are you happy to have handicapped my brother?"

And she answered, "yes, I am so happy to have him because I've learned lots of precious things from him."

He is growing up and developing his capability day by day with great help by surrounding people. However, at the same time, those people learn something important from him.
