He then begins to explain to my wife's children that in America that the children come first then the wife, then the inside pets, then the outside dog, lastly of all is the husband. My wife then said Vietnam eat dog, laughingly. She later showed me a sign at a resturant near the beech in Tuy Hoa that said eat puppy, she said see I told you, not many actually eat it like in the Philipines but some do
