Try to react from reason rather than negative emotion. Treat others with the respect, civility & kindness you would wish from them. We don't have to react & live by instinct alone, we have intellect. @corona375 Our characters are not set in stone. Which is why we become wiser & calmer over time. You can modify & correct parts of your character. Years ago, I was afraid to dance in clubs without drinking alcohol, because I thought others were judging me negatively. So I changed to squash & forced myself onto an empty dance floor surrounded by hundreds. Nobody was bothered. I realised that my paranoia was self inflicted, & I didn't need alcohol any more, because I had taught myself confidence.

So a role model is your Golden Shadow someone you aspire to be, the Dark Shadow are qualities which you either don't want to have in yourself or hate in yourself but refuse to acknowledge. So, next time you judge someone pay attention and record your feeling it's you noticing a reflection.

They also claim their views to be scientific, such as NLP. Pick up is a philosophy and belief system that gets people to do prepare, try out things, and evaluate their actions. It works for because guys are approaching more girls and working on the law of averages.

One of my concerns about pick up is how the instructor's will embellish their abilities. Fake claims about banging 100's of models, celebrties, successful people or half their age.. Consistantly having 3 somes, women buy them things, umpting booty calls of women begging for them for sex and performing like porn stars. Yet for some reason they don't ever share any bullshit stories, like psycho's, stalkers, suicidal females, damages to property. etc .

Very true, pua is for guys that don't really have a life (and hence don't like themselves). If you have a life and have social proof, women will naturally appear in your life. Having to go out and do pua is kind of like entry level cold call sales--it's for the very beginner levels. Work on having a life, then the women will come.
