@OBSysteme yeah kinda ironic i have mostly metal tapes, had been looking for a chrome type for a long time too but now ive picked one up from the swap meet for a buck, its unopened in the original packaging and i dont want to open it .
I did, i threw out my cd player (as i refused to use a shitty ipod) and got myself a marantz pmd201 which this model of sony appears to be modeled off of. after that i got a much smaller sony walkman wm-11 so it would be easier to carry about in school
whats adapter you using with this model my dear ?

I have one, but sadly it's missing a power adapter. It says it takes a 6v power supply but I don't know where to get one.

You can probably find one online but make sure the polarity is correct.

Does it have doby C and is it bias adjustable?

It's only Dolby B and supports all 4 types of tape.
