They FAIL!! A few days ago i took an international flight to Medellín, Colombia, and once we were gonna lift off the stupid plane's wings started to leak gas. Then, they took 3 hours cleaning it up with little napkins of shit. After they finished they took 2 hours to finally make us go into a different aircraft. Why didnt they do that while they were cleaning? The other aircraft leaked too when we got there. "That wasn't exactly safe" said the captain when we got there. BULLSHIT! AA sucks!!!!!!!

It has been 6 months that they can't find her bags. tHEY DENIED her claim as well . There baggage service is rude and they yelled at me and hung up at numerous occasions despite me being courtaeous to them. My mother and I are very upset but seems like we are just ordinary people so we just cant do anything. .

Well, I was at a gate at O'hare Airport and heard a group of AA pilots talking about how they rape and murder women and how they are the "Chicago Ripper Crew" This was so sick, I couldn't believe it. Bad things happen at the AA gates and the pilots, maybe not all, but some are seriously mentally impaired and should not be trusted. Gerard Arpey is such as loser.

see i dont really fly with americanized airlines.
ive only flown with continental twice and they were an okay airline.
since most of my travel is international anyway i fly with european type airlines.
klm, air france, british airways, lufthansa.
they are more polit to you. the seats are more comphy. the food is better. the flight attendants/stewardess are more polite and actually come around to see if you need anything every once in a while.

i agree. When this happened a little over a year ago, American operated over 300 of those planes. All of the planes were grounded, thousands of flights cancelled, and 250k people affected. Delta had (about) 130 of those planes at that time, and they cancelled only hundreds of flights, and not even 10k people affected.
