@donkylalex Almost every single first-world country is helping Africa. We (England) have several national events that raise millions upon millions of pounds every day, every year.

@Dannyowen555 We also fund a number of charities that go into helping other nations. Like Oxfam, which was created in Oxford (hence it's name), that the government if the charity has a legal charity no gets funded by the UK tax system, so everyone that works pays into charities anyway.
