I am doing a film at university where we have to have one character playing all characters. As well as the cropping technique we have been shown how to do an over shoulder shot. We use a person wearing the correct costume and make sure their head is out of shot if that makes sense.

@animeboy001 at my college we have premier pro and i believe you can yes, all it is layering. i'll be experimenting with it soon so if you still need help just ask (the two applications are very similar, i think final cut pro got most of its effects from premier anyway.)

@Tiafulable1 FCP only comes in Final Cut Studio, which is 1000 dollars. If you only want the "Final Cut" part, get Final Cut express. There is not difference between that and FCP

Hi there, please i need help with FCP 7. I downloaded the software and it was working fine, but i came home to realise my mum moved the FCP 7 to trash, i removed it from trash, clicked on it to open, and each time i do this comes up:

Dont use follow mouse, and use whatever audio software you have to fix the volume. Also, people complain about people being put to sleep by peoples voices in tutorials. Your talking way too energetically. Its easy to hear what you say, but it just sounds too uppity. Look at Adobe tutorials and listen to their voice. Its clear, free of noise, but they dont sound like they're Billy Mays (Rest his soul).

if you download the bezier line matte plugin you can clone multiple time just beware of shadow and how their cast because it can mess up your clone

You can get rid of the line you don't like, between the video on the upper track and the lower one, with the feathering tool. Set the feathering to about 20. Then duplicate the image on the upper track onto a third video track, and crop it to about 80 or 85 instead of 70. (Omit feathering on the third track.)
