The tape this videographer shot should have immediately been taken into protected custody under lock and key. No cell phones, or cameras, or recording devices should have ever been allowed. As far as do I believe his hanging was the right or wrong thing to do I believe it was totally the right thing to do. If you read in the Bible in the Old Testament it talks about this issue

What's pathetic is that they dropped him from the gallows as he was saying "There is no god but the one God, and Mohammed --" (which would have concluded with "was God's prophet.") This is the basic declaration of faith in Islam. The Shi'ite who mocked him also mocked the Prophet (peace be upon him) with all of that "Oh, Mohammed" after S.H.'s neck had been snapped.
Overall, the behavior of the so-called men involved in this execution was questionable at best.
