@GamerLiberis you are able to use this in Win 2000, XP, Vista, 7 and yes even 8. Most programs you would have to open it in Compatibility for Win XP with SP3. This is one of those. Open it up that way, and u could use it and all other Windows products in Win 8.

@GCshredder Mac books use bootcamp which lets them install windows too if they have a windows disc, the hard drive is split between the windows copy and mac osx half. Some colleges might just buy macs in bulk at a discount, and then install windows on the ones that need them,
