Just by looking at the video... You should get rid of the afterimages.
The pausetime after hitting is to long and a single slash shouldn't hit over 3-4 times, but once. That way you can combo a lot faster and it'll look better.
The hitsparks look eh... The tiny portrait is screwed up. This is like a beta so I'll wait and give more feedback when he's finished.
Yeah, i was thinking that too with the swings. Theres still a ton of work to be done. The sheet im working off was made by lonesomeazu, so far the only edited sprites are the fireaga attack and his dash move, but i got more to come. He still needs a overall polishing and way too much stuff to type out haha but yeah thanks for the advice.

do you mean mine? I don't mind if the sprites are mine. If I make a character public, then their sprites are as well.

i think u shuld change the hitspark thing completely like JingTheKingOfBandits said and either rip them from another char or draw them urslef
