I used to play right when the game came out, i had a 50 illusion/rad, and a 40 fire/rad. Illusion is definatelly the best, radiation isnt as good as kinetics but its good debuffs if slotted right

It depends on what you are using your toon for. Radiation is an amazing set, and has the best debuffs in the game, and AM is a great buff. from a low damage perspective, Radiation is better than Kin unless fighting against large mobs.
