  • vietnamese congee is the best. You cook chicken bones with a lot of water for around 6hours and then cook your rice properly with it and then later add some steamed chicken. then add seasoning, herbs etc

  • @Foodtrip28 you should look up the recipe. My mum made that a lot and they taste better than anything i can find on youtube. Being cooked with chicken stock will give your rice a diff whole new lvl of taste

  • kabayan, bakit kailangang ibabad ng dalawang oras yung bigas? kasi pag nagluluto ako ng pospas, diretso luto ako pagkatapos hugasan yun. ano ba ang advantage ng pagbababad ng 2 hours?
