But if they come to search your vehicle and you don't comply, you can't expect them to just let you pass. As much as I can't stand this idiot, he's somewhat right. He is protected against unreasonable searches under the Constitution. But if they come to search your vehicle and you don't comply, you can't expect them to just let you pass. But I do agree that he was treated unfairly (though he deserved it for some of the things he's said).

Actually "Pastor", the fourth amendment does protect you from warrantless searches, BUT (and it is a big but) the Supreme court of the United States has set aside some special exceptions to the fourth amendment (as I am sure your lawyer has advised you).
