  • and after that can u put food coloring and then start designing sorry I'm only a starter so I don't know anything so please and thank u

  • wow koOL never knew u could do that with an EGG :p

  • i making a cake but i don't like the icing from the store ..it too sweet ..can someone help me ...to make my own icing or frosting

  • @pinkstrawberry2385 when i don't have any icing sugar at home, i use a pestle and mortar to grind up granulated sugar to a fine powder, works just as well as icing sugar for making things like butter cream or fudge frosting

  • what is this for

  • theres 2 types of egg whites at soft peaks right? one is where they are droopy while the other is when the mixtures folds over itself when the beaters are lifted. which one is correct (or better for chiffon cakes - some recipes require soft peaks itstead of stiff)?

  • asians invented this lol

  • How much longer does it take when whipping with a manual whisk?

  • @Jibjub80 15 minutes maybe. It's not that bad. Just do it watching TV.

  • What if you don't have the "whisk" attachment for your electric mixer? Can you use the regular beater attachment?

  • no, if you use that it will separate the egg whites too much and you wont get what your looking for.

  • u can do it by hand with a hand wisk it takes longer ut it works

  • i want to make white mock cream how do you make it? for cream buns

  • WAAAAAH! I have tried and tried and my egg whites are all runny and broken.

DAMMIT, how did Julia Child do this just with her hand?

  • Yum!

  • How do you know the difference between the stiff peaks stage, and the "dry" stage?

  • you should actually be eating with the yolk otherwise you will get a biotin deficiency....biotin comes from the yolk : )

  • The video isn't saying not to eat yolks. It is showing how to whip egg whites. Cakes like chiffon require whipped egg whites, yet they can still have yolks in them. Whipping the whites separately from the yolks makes the cake fluffy.

  • coooooooooool i love fluffy stuffs

  • what can you make with egg whites?

I folded fluffy egg whites with chocolate...is this safe?

  • Can't learn how to run without learning how to walk first!

Come on, learn how to whip using a balloon whisk first! You lazy f_ _k!

  • Despite whisking my egg whites ever hardened enough to make pavlova. Used an electric whisk and whisked for ages. any advice

  • yummy

  • you can use that to make really fluffy pancakes, just fold it into the batter
