He's done nothing (except significantly reduce traffic congestion in the centre, introduce affordable housing, win us the olympics so the deprived areas well be regenerated, improve public transport, reduce crime, put lots of money into free arts and culture events, introduce major green policies, free travel for pensioners and school children... etc.)
