These guys are incredible. I'm probably going to piss a lot of devout fans from the beginning off, but i never liked evermore until this album. I just couldn't get in to their older stuff, but I can't seem to get enough TOTW? Pure brilliance in my opinion.

@chrispy002 yeah I have to say their new direction is much more interesting and artistic than their old stuff and I love it, but now I think they are quite similar to muse (black holes and revelations and wembley stadium period) If you dont know Muse, I think you should listen to some songs like "take a bow" "knights of cydonia" or "uprising"

One plays Drums.

They have another guy WITH them, who plays drums when the drummer is doing something else, and Keyboard when the Bassist is doing bass.

Lead vocals are live, the drummer sings live, the first time he goes into that squeal in "boys and girls" theres a very slight error, but he is fantastic rest of the way through. Jon i reckon is having a bit of a bad day, usually in tune all the tme, this sounds great but his voice sounds a bit dull here. I reckon your just a troll supercake...

I am a big Evermore fan.

However I have to agree with some of the things you said. I think that they had a great sound, especially on their album 'Real Life'. This new sound isn't them at all, Techno pop should be left for DJ's and people who just sing or really know the genre.

I really don't like the fact that their film clip and live performance is very similar. The screens should be used on tour, not on a TV show, especially if we've already seen it.

Dan (Drummer) has a really good voice and it's about time he sang in more of their songs.

They do have good songwriting abilities and their new album is a concept album and I believe that they will tell a good story and tell it well.

But I do miss the old Evermore.
