  • Great memories. Haystacks was always ranting about how good he was-though was skillfull at avoiding Big Daddy in tag contests-as for Fit Finlay-he was another who you loved to hate, especially when his wife-the lovely(!!) Princess Paula-as foul as a box of frogs started mouthing off. Brilliant stuff

  • Great memories. All showmanship but who cared? Haystacks was always good for a rant and Daddy was the greatest. Fit Finlay ended up in the States. Well remember that old boot of of a wife Princess Paula-half Cherokee but all mouth with her feathered headdress and ready slaps when Finlay was losing. What a pairing!

  • I think this was May 19th, 1984 - Cup Final Saturday. Everton 2 - 0 Watford.

  • I remember watching this at the time but I couldn't remember how it ended.

    Thanks for uploading.

Drew McDonald as a goodie didn't last.

This must be one of Giant Haystacks' last splashes. I assume he was too heavy to do them without injuring people.

  • @BruceinFalkirk Haystacks splashed for a few years after saw him live many times at Southampton Guildhall

  • Suprising to see Drew as Daddys partner and a goodie.

  • 4 men, 1 wrestler (hint : he wasn't obese)

  • That's abit harsh, i'd say McDonald was a fine wrestler.

  • @sussexpenguin: Well to be fair, BD can wrestle, he just didn't need to because he was so popular at the time.
