I still disagree. Randy had Vera on the defense for the majority of the fight. Vera did virtually nothing the entire time. It just happened that the couple of things he did do in the fight stand out more. Yes, he got a takedown and a mount as well as back control, but he did nothing with them. That can't make up for getting dominated the entire round. The only round you could concieveably give him is the second in which he hurt Randy bad. But Randy would still get rounds 1 and 3.

In Johnson's defense he did have a knee injury which could prevent training and thus weight loss. Though six pounds is still alot to be missing weight by.
Pacquiao will pressure Mayweather with lightning combinations. Mayweather will use his defensive skills to try to fend off Pacquiaos attacks, all the while trying to counterpunch, but to no avail. Mayweather is quick, but Pacquiao is quicker. Mayweather is naturally bigger and he is strong, but Pacquiao will be the stronger puncher. Mayweather is a defensive whiz but it wont be enough against a pinpoint puncher with a lot of pop. Pacquiao will make Mayweather look like an amateur.
Everything sounds logical, but the thing is, Pacman ISN'T quicker. He is FAST AS HELL, but Mayweather MOVES better than anyone and can hit you while doing so.
Don't get me mistaken I resembling Mayweather for his defense and quickness but his strategy is play out and will not work against Pacman because Mayweather is a one dimensional fighter and Pacman is all around which necessitate skills come on look at the Del la hoya fight against Pacman and Mayweather do the evaluation Mayweather went to a decision and Pacman Knock the shit out of him, don't take a brainer to figure that out who will be the victor if Packman fight Mayweather.

We are now sure that pacquiao can take the punches of a strong welterweight. Pacman has evolved from a brawler to becoming a true puncher-boxer with the ability to inflict intuitive combination punching from weird angles. Do what Oscar did, only Pac would be a lot faster and can hit at impossible angles. TKO before 10. In a way, Mayweather keeping distance would work out for Pacmans 30 second breathers, and then he can just go nonstop assault the rest of the round. 3-2 betting odds pacman.
Apparently the line-makers opened up Pacquiao as an 8-5 favorite against Mayweather which provoked some Floyd backers to bring in a "couple stacks of high society", driving the odds down to 7-5 for Manny.

Im completly honest when I say I went 6-0 on the main card. I picked Bisping over Kang, because I thought he was going to come back after his tough loss to Hendo. I had hardy over swick because I thought Hardy was going to be able to catch swick. And I just thought Couture was going to pund on Vera and lay on him/ clinch him the whole fight.
I think Hardy has a good chance against GSP if he menages to stop GSP takedowns . GSP originally comes from Karate but his stand up is not impressive. He is smart guy i think he will adapt quickly but still I give stand up to Hardy.

It was a Kimura that Wilks almost got Matt Brown with. But I knew Matt Brown would win...I originally picked Brown by 2nd round TKO..he almost had Wilks in the 2nd round but couldn't finish him fast enough. Pearson absolutely dominated Railey as I thought. BRUAL KO by Andre Winner, Swick disappointed me...Hardy's going to get destroy by GSP. And once again the judges doing their dirty work. It just happened that the couple of things he did do in the fight stand out more. Yes, he got a takedown and a mount as well as back control, but he did nothing with them. That can't make up for getting dominated the entire round. The only round you could concieveably give him is the second in which he hurt Randy bad. But Randy would still get rounds 1 and 3.

Pacquiao will pressure Mayweather with lightning combinations. Mayweather will use his defensive skills to try to fend off Pacquiaos attacks, all the while trying to counterpunch, but to no avail. Mayweather is quick, but Pacquiao is quicker. Mayweather is naturally bigger and he is strong, but Pacquiao will be the stronger puncher. Mayweather is a defensive whiz but it wont be enough against a pinpoint puncher with a lot of pop. Pacquiao will make Mayweather look like an amateur.

Everything sounds logical, but the thing is, Pacman ISN'T quicker. He is FAST AS HELL, but Mayweather MOVES better than anyone and can hit you while doing so.

Look at Hatton vs both guys. Pac beat him quicker and more convincingly as well. But that's not the X-Factor, IMO.
Mayweather takes his time, counter-punches and defeats guys how he wants to. He takes no punishment and doesn't feel the need to turn it when he clearly could if he chose to.
Pac exploits the weaknesses. He is better, faster than and beats em down quick.
It's a different style, but similar results. That is unless you want to compare how they both fared against Marquez.

We are now sure that pacquiao can take the punches of a strong welterweight. Pacman has evolved from a brawler to becoming a true puncher-boxer with the ability to inflict intuitive combination punching from weird angles. Do what Oscar did, only Pac would be a lot faster and can hit at impossible angles. TKO before 10. In a way, Mayweather keeping distance would work out for Pacmans 30 second breathers, and then he can just go nonstop assault the rest of the round. 3-2 betting odds pacman.

I disagree with most of you about Mayweather. I think he will take out Pac man. In fact i predict he will knock out Pacman. It is a mstake for Pac to take this fight he should leave his legacy as it is. Mayweather is not a come forward fighter and Pac is taylor made for him. i don't think so man. if gsp comes in form then hardy won't be able to stay on his feet. gsp doesn't try to push you against the cage when he goes for a takedown. he just shoots right through you and you're along for the ride. GSP doesn't strike with strikers and doesn't wrestlte with wrestlers he's a very smart man

I hear ya on dislikin Bisping cos he doesn't back up his talk but peoples impression of him is severly clouded by his last 2 fights. Being elusive against power punchers isn't exactly deplorable. OK he was clearly not in Hendo's league but Bisping is still underrated in my opinion.

Im completly honest when I say I went 6-0 on the main card. I picked Bisping over Kang, because I thought he was going to come back after his tough loss to Hendo. I had hardy over swick because I thought Hardy was going to be able to catch swick. And I just thought Couture was going to pund on Vera and lay on him/ clinch him the whole fight.

I think Hardy has a good chance against GSP if he menages to stop GSP takedowns . GSP originally comes from Karate but his stand up is not impressive. He is smart guy i think he will adapt quickly but still I give stand up to Hardy.

It was a Kimura that Wilks almost got Matt Brown with. But I knew Matt Brown would win...I originally picked Brown by 2nd round TKO..he almost had Wilks in the 2nd round but couldn't finish him fast enough. Pearson absolutely dominated Railey as I thought. BRUAL KO by Andre Winner, Swick disappointed me...Hardy's going to get destroy by GSP. And once again the judges doing their dirty work.
