unless they changed it, i did some color guard when i was in and those salutes should go straight down the front crease on your blues.

Moreover...this video is very touching...my GREAT respect to this man who choose to give 20 yrs of his life to the Navy of the United States of America. Sure he had to win lots of challenge and difficult moments.

personaly I'm not agree with some parts f the speech, because I believe that peace doesn't need the military to be reached...but anyway I have respect for the soldiers that give their life for those Values that I don't feel like mine too, but that I respect like it was mine.
