I cried like a baby at the ending because i was so happy for Molly, and i was sad too cause i knew i was going to miss this show so much. and prince Aikka is so cute! I had a crush on him when i was little and i kinda still have ;) lol.

You know....no matter how many times I watch this episode/series, I never get tired of it...and that doesn't happen a lot! I have to say that the ending was happy and sad at the same time. It was sad that Jordan had to give up Eva and that they headed back to earth...but it's also happy because Don and Eva became a family again! SO CUTE!! ^w^ This series is so awesome and more people need to know about this awesome show!! Oban Star Racers will live on forever! ^_^ Long Live Oban Star Racers! :)

I know what you mean by bitter-sweet endings....I am all for the nobility of self-sacrifice for the greater good and all that. I'm a Christian, and my faith is built on that principle so stories with the same thing in it always choke me up.

However at the same time my personal philosophy is that if you can kick the bad guy's ass, get away with your butt intact and win the heart of the hot teenage girl, then do it too!

true but if u looked at the episode where it was revealed that satis was avatar! Eva (molly) asked satis if avatar can bring someone back to life and satis told her : "Avatar has much powers BUT No one even avatar cannot bring someone back to life"! im not saying that Avatar doesn't have the powers to bring someone back to life (indeed he has the powers to revive) but i think there is a rule restricting these powers! (sorry if i spelled wrong Satis :D )

Yeah Jordan gets great power but also he lost his desires for the important duty. Thats really sad for him and Molly I guess.I think Molly started to like him too. Satis is gone after 10 thoushand years of Avatar Duty. I think Rick's new life is going better. Either way the ending has 2 sides :D
