ICBM = Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile
SLBM = Submarine-Launched Ballistic Missile
Both are in fact ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads. The only difference is that ICBMs are land-based while SLBMs are launched from a submarine.
