Not really man. Not trying to be a douche or anything. Almost everything is better. You should have gotten a Vox VT, Roland Cube, or a vypyr or something. Either way If you have 4 guitars you should get a amp that is actually considerable good.

You could have gotten a Line 6 Vetta, those are nice.

@LokiAashraya ahh never heard of those amps. and they dont interest me . but im just saying like dude you got a pretty over the top amp system and its not necessary if your just playing at home doing covers, line 6 is a really good practise amp, i know for a fact that slipknot also uses them as a practise amp.

Dude I dont just do covers with them. I'm in a band and we have gigs here and there. Plus my ears have developed enough where the sound of bad sounding amps bug me, so I would still get a low watt tube amp even if I was using a budget. Some like the Jet city Amp 20 or something. It is only 300$ brand new and 200$ used. And It will be 100x better than the spider.

Also, a guy in a home doing covers, shouldnt really own that many guitars. I mean I only own 2 and use 1,

Line 6 is not bad quality sound. its sexy! :) dude i havent even heard of that brand, i shall look it up though. oh well actually one was like really cheap, seriously like ten bucks, but its broken, and the other one my mate owned that he left there and the other two are different tuning , E standard and Drop B :)

@dantheman6300 Than you should invest in a better amp (if your starting a band) They spider will probably do for rehearsals but when you start giging it wont cut through. (my rhythm guitarist used to use spider).

Jet city is a pretty new brand. Their made my Mike Soldano who is famous for the soldano amps.

@LokiAashraya we have had the spider amp for awhile now, it wasnt intended for a band ... just started that recently :) , i would still prefer line 6 since they have been in the business longer and they know what they are doing, unlike jet city who are just experimenting with sound.

dude jet city amps are made by the guy who pretty much invented OD amps. He know what he's doing.

and again spiders suck big balls, but everything else from line 6 is good. If you buy another line 6 spider(like a high watt version) you obviously dont know what your doing.

Get a peavey 6505 than, the combo is 600$? I belive. and It'll be good for any metal.

My point was that there are FAR better options than the line 6 spider at the same price.

I want a Orange Rockerverb 100 or a Rivera K-tre Reverb really bad! Orange will probably win though.
