HIFU is not brand new, is one of many choices for PCa treatment protocols. Cure is more elusive in PCa than the public is lead to believe, e.g. the failure rate on say surgeries over 10 yrs. is towards 30%. One may appeared cured for years and maybe have recurrance. FYI-all scanning methods are not definitive enough, Next post lists education sites.
Prostate Cancer is strange because it's one of those things where you can hear "New Prostate Cancer Treatment!" and think, okay let's just hear this out before i jump onto the table... I'm glad this treatment is legit though.
