  • sorry but the song is about me.....

  • Elvis never lost his magic and he never will. Elvis the king forever.

  • but this is jerry lee

  • Jerry Lee Lewis singing a great Sonny Throckmorton song from 1977.

  • I'm sitting here wondering what the hell ya'll were on when you when you thought Elvis sang this because I wanna put in an order for a few hundred and see can't we get buck wild!

  • Come on folks, this clip is about "middle age crazy" whether it's Elvis or Jerry. it dos'nt matter.... It's about "man" in general... for goodness sake!!!

  • Jerry Lee Lewis is a remarkable and extremly gifted Artist.I think his tribute of this song is to ever remind him self of the short time we have here?

  • is that Willie Nelson singing?

  • This is Jerry Lee Lewis and no- one else.

  • Ahh, you guys dont get it. This was Elvis's last performance onstage 6/1977 Indiana. He died two months later 8/1977. And Jerry L Lewis Middle Aged crazy was a song, in part, written for Elvis.

  • @mrhornsby1 atleast someone gets it here hahaha

  • AND HE STILL DOES...A LOT OF WOMEN WOULD DO E DEAD BEFORE THEY WOULD JERRY ALIVE!!!!

  • F U C K you.

  • great song, but why show pic's of E ? if you did it to say that elvis and the song lyrics are all about him then that makes you an arse hole.

  • Great song...great video. the meaning of the song matched with the pictures match perfectly.

  • maybe, its a tribute for the king Elvis, ;)

  • You're what ? THIS NEVER IS ELVIS. This is the real king: Jerry Lee Lewis

  • @RamisAbud1 HAHAHAHAHAHAH YOU IDIOT

  • middle age crazy? someone ought to give you middle age crazy

  • This is Jerry lee lewis! Great song!

  • This is not Elvis... it's Jerry Lee Lewis...

  • Comment removed

  • bicycleguy learn how to spell before trying to be critical of someone else.--- because, anything, doesn't.--- Ladies and gentlemen we have a true Einstein in our presence , I present to you bicyclenutjob111.....bahaaaa

  • hey krystdaymen dont you think the poster would have said "elvis tribute middle age crazy" or something just becase you assume thats what it meant dosnt mean any thing

  • This is Jerry Lee Lewis...

  • Attention morons...and you know who you are. The song is attached to Elvis because he was 42 when he died. He led a very, very troubled life and I imagine that when he became overweight...and his fanbase was getting older...he got a little "Middle Aged Crazy". If you don't believe it can happen...talk to me when you are 42 as I am now.

  • what an idiot haha

  • elvis i would have been a true friend hell or high water you would have lived

  • yes its jerry lee lewis

  • You bunch of damn schmucks nobody thinks this is Elvis singing.

  • ELVIS? WTF?????

  • Yeah, what's this song doing attached to Elvis? Elvis may never have even HEARD of this song!

  • it's Jerry lee Lewis singing

  • Elvis??? WTF??

  • This song has absolutely nothing to do with Elvis!

  • @Slade909 I agree!!!

  • The best song Jerry Lee ever sang!

  • If anyone cannot distinguish between elvis and jl lewis, 1) does not know anyhing about what we are even talking about. 2) is insane lol no offense

  • i think they knew it was a song by jerry lee lewis, but the song related to elvis as well.

  • 88rocker: I love good ole jerrylee like the rest but like I said match the name, the fame and the record sells.... Elvis hit #1 in 14 countrys around the world in 2006 after being gone for 32 years????????? That is when lisa re-released "a little less conversation a little more action please" never been done in history... maybe when mj is gone but not likely...lol and true enough jerry is still barely standing but not making millions a year dead... sorry my friend...

  • Priscilla was fine though...

  • i hate to burst yall bubble but, that is jerry singing this one. this is a far shot from elvis

  • What a partier

  • Best song jerry ever sang!

  • They all entertain differently! but they still ENTERTAIN so therefore they have done what they wanted to do!

  • Seirously?!?!?!?!?!

Regardless of who this is, you can't tell it's not Elvis?!?!?!

  • This is Jerry Lee Lewis singing by the way!

  • elvis , is #1 most recognized icon on earth in front of micky mouse.

people have to struggle to remember who jerry lee lewis is.

    case closed.

  • Thanks for posting this wistful classic...Both Jerry Lee and Elvis are great...

  • i think the point here is jerry lee MARRIED HIS FOURTEEN YEAR OLD COUSIN!!!!! you can't overlook that fact regardless of what Elvis & Priscilla were doing

  • Jerry Lee was 'the bad guy', due to his marriage to his underage cousin. Elvis was the 'good guy', keeping his underage Priscilla safely (and chastely) secreted away within the hallowed halls of Graceland until 1 minute past her 18th birthday. Go figure!

  • Priscilla was 21, not 18, when she and Elvis married. But your point is well-taken.

  • Actually, in the 1950's, Elvis and Jerry Lee were about equal as the two top Rock Stars of the era. Jerry might have been the King of Rock and Roll if he had not made the mistake of marrying his 14 year old cousin. Everybody turned against him after that and his career tanked. Too bad, because he was a good one.

  • Riiiiiiight.

  • To say their not in the same class shows absolute ignorance!

  • Actually, Jerry Lee recorded quite a few pop-songs from 1958 on. He was in no way the lesser artist when compared to Elvis.

  • History says you're incorrect.

  • I'm talking musicianship, not popularity...

  • So am I.

  • You may dislike Jerry Lee's voice; technically he was the better singer, and of course pianoplayer. Be honest; Elvis wasn't much of a musician. I don't deny his importance/influence/popularity, no way. Please show me one clip which proves Elvis to be the better musician.

  • Prove ONE valid source who says Jerry Lee was technically better. Hell, he couldn't even slur his words half the time. He wasn't technically better as is obvious by his lack of fame and technical awards when compared with Elvis.

  • Ever heard of breath control? Ever noticed Elvis' vibrato? I don't need no source; I have my ears, you've got them too, I hope. Use them.

  • jerry lee lewis is a great muscian and singer in his own right. however, he is no comparison to elvis, not evevn close. jerry lee did get a raw deal though and it cost him tooooo much!!!!!!!!

  • Right, right, right!

  • it cost elvis even more

  • History is a set of lies we agreed upon.

  • Are you serious??? Please tell me you're not that far away from reality.

  • Facts do seem to get in the way in the most opportune times

  • they both started out together..and would never talk who is better ..they are both in there way great. I love Elvis if it was not for the ones in the 50 ...well we wouldnt be talking about this...

  • Wasn't this song written by Ken Lovelace?

  • Although Kenny Lovelace is Jerry Lee Lewis's guitarist the songwriting credits go to Sonny Throckmorton. Throckmorton has written many a classic but I've often wondered whether Kenny may have sold this song or at least co-written it.

  • Hey Kel, Kenny Lovelace did write a good one for Jerry called "I Am What I Am" on the 1984 MCA LP by the same name. ..also pub by Kenny's company Hook Line and Thinker" music.Your pal, Danny

side note, on that 1984 LP the cover pic of JLL was taken by Phoebe.

  • I never pictured Elvis with this song. This song is from the movie "Middle Aged Crazy" w/Bruce Dern and Ann-Margret, a great movie! If your over age 40 you know it could be about you.

  • I never pictured Elvis with this song. The movie "Middle Age Crazy" with Bruce Dern and Ann-Margret is a great movie! It shows us it can be anybody. The grass is always greener on the other side.

  • Such a sad song....but still awesome..

  • Elvis Presley - Rory Emerald - Jerry Lee Lewis. Awesome Song.

  • Elvis, the best that ever was...Jerry Lee will go under, with a smile on his face because he sang with the best of them all...

Elvis will never die...Jerry Lee either...

  • Both of these men are amazing talents. In many ways there very much alike, and in some ways very different. I'm just happy to enjoy their great music and watch their exciting live performnaces (albeit on dvd or video).

  • Elvis ( in his prime ) was the greatest entertainer this world has ever seen...yes even better than crazy Jerry Lee !

  • Jerry (in his prime or not)was, is and will be the greatest entertainer the universe has ever seen.

  • I AGREE 100%

  • No one can beat Jerry lee lewis, just take this song, its his voice. Elvis was just lucky that he died, young instead of reaching the same age as jerry,if he did that, he would have been playing in a local bar. Not in front of thousands people.

  • Jerry Lee was never in the same class as Elvis. If Presley were still alive people would turn out in the thousands to see him.

  • bot in the same class, but jerry was classy

  • And Elvis wasn't???

  • And that credit goes to Col. Tom Parker...

  • it's jerry lee lewis on the voice ! amazing ! he's unbeatable, even by elvis !!!

  • This is a stupid comparison, maybe this song applies to regular joe's but Elvis didn't have anything to prove. Most of the pictures in your slideshow are taken from sold out concerts, I'd say that proved he still could. Besides that Elvis exited on top and still very young, not like a lot of his contemporaries, who are still singing the old songs at their geriatric stages.

  • couldn't agree more.....There will never be another. Not even close.
