nice little 'click' ! Great track from an amazing album.. Glad they didn't take Root's advice & leave out 'Office Of Hearts' as it is 1 of my fave tracks on the album!
I just got UTBUTS and its definitely one of their best albums. For me, it was an improvement on Alien Lanes, yet they could have probably took out some stuff like "No Sky", "Look at Them", and "Office of Hearts".
Since GBV never did many music videos that anyone ever saw, this piece by Rich Miller has to serve as the ultimate GBV video, what Bob should have done, for this classic song from their (IMO) best album, Under the Bushes.
uh ... they did do a few videos, several of them after the song's release. i dunno if i can stomach your line "this piece by Rich Miller has to serve as the ultimate GBV video" when he didn't even get the title of the song right !!! Rhine Jive Click !!!
@kiely He used "Flick" because that word is slang for "movie," and a music video is a little movie. Let me know if there's anything else with which I can help you.
you wrote "Since GBV never did many music videos that anyone ever saw" which is simply not true and they made several in this time period that were quite well received. what you can "help me with" is to let GBV make their "ultimate GBV video" since you are not up to the job yourself.
@kiely Um, someone named metachron said that 4 years ago, yet you're quoting me as having said it 2 days ago, which is "simply not true." You're also implying I'm the maker of this video, which is wrong too. You definitely have the brain power of a typical GBV fan. I bought three GBV albums in '96/'97, realized how lame they were, and then moved on to real music. What exactly is your source for GBV's videos being "well received," or is that just another thing you made up?

Uber-hot. I think Pollard would be proud of this video as it's probably similar to all the snippets of images he's cut out over the years for possible album covers. Love old neon reds sign at crosley field.
i'm glad that who ever made this had fun and all ... but is not a GBV thing it is fan think. cheers, good luck and carry on.

No way. Those tracks are filler, but GOOD filler. Besides, they're fun to play.

howdy, the song title change was an intentional play on words....flick = video -- getting into new backlash territory here :)
