The referee made the wrong call. I bet if he had to do it over again he would not have made the same call. The TD should have stood and the penalty should be on the kickoff. Final thought, this was the worst call I have ever seen by a referee. After the interceptation bluegills had hands up right in front of the same ref but no penalty.  WOW

So if you get an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty against ya, the TD call is reversed?What kind of retarded rules does Mass. have?!?!? Here in NC, if you get that penalty called against ya, the penalty yardage is added to the kickoff, just like NCAA or the NFL. And you can't get ejected for it here either, unless of course it's obscene.

Thats ridiculous, these are highschool kids, it wasnt even an excessive show of celebration. You don't make that call, the refs should be ashamed. A warning would have been more in order.
