It is this thinking that causes the radical actions and lifestyles of the haredim. And laws in Saudi Arabia. Just a couple of weeks ago the Saudi government defended their laws against women driving because it will lead to promiscuity.
I trust myself and my spouse to be loyal to one another. Without that trust, why would we even marry?
To not do something because something *might* happen will lead you to live an overly sheltered life in which you experience nothing.
It is very easy for a man or a woman, who has a "friend" of the opposite gender, to "confide" in this "friend" when things aren't going just right. This leads to the "friend" offering "comfort," which, more often than not, lights the fuse to the dynamite with which a person is playing, creating a huge explosion in one's life and family. Lori is right on. Mindful separation is a good thing.
@RaananaZehava One interesting study is of secular Jewish children who grow up on a Kibbutz which refutes everything that you and the hostess of this video insist that is true.
@sulomor if you're normal, you'll know the difference. Don't bring in these cases as a way to defend men and women who claim they can be "just friends"
Oh please, it wasn't a running feed of video, they put in the clips that they wanted to put.

Are we even allowed to see your face? You're a woman! You're face should be blurred!
