I have a special memory wherein this song hits home. "It wasn't accidental. He touched me." And yes, I had to act as if I remembered my name.  The "He", I will take to my grave with me. I still smile when I recall his face. :)/

That venue looks kind of like Madison Square Garden. If it is then it was her last show and I was somewhere in the audiance.

It was a fabulous show from a hugely gifted singer, actress, director and producer.

Due to the age the voice has a little more vibrato but still amazingly stable [even today].

She has a gorgeous voice in MHO.

Sends shivers up my spine....I don't agree with Babs on political stuff but she is one of the best. The band has the original arrangement down pat..Babs is a little laid back and it lacks the emotion of the original..Still it;'s a winner...I remember this tune when I was a teenager and wondered if it was ok for him to touch me :)

It was....Babs is the best!!!!!

BTW it was featured in a perfume commercial during the 70's which is where I heard it first..

I have to agree; she belts this one on the original studio recording with unprecedented lung power. It was a kick hearing her do this one again, but even Streisand should probably stay clear of her own prior greatness with certain songs.
