  • whoever had that one dislike is a dick.

  • this game was dark and bloody hard :P

  • Why did the dreamcast accept all the crappy survival horror games when they could have done this instead? That would have been kick ass. Especially with 2.0 looks!

  • The music of Cybermage: Dark Light Awakening is a lot better, you can notice that just at the intro. It's another game from Origin, released in 1995 as well.

Origin studio has got fantastic titles with serious, pleasant deep plots and real characters, comparing to the regular 1-man-army run-n'-gun games. I think it's most significant in their FPS Cybermage, because FPS was a plain plot-less genre in its time. Sadly, the few games that I know from Origin are overlooked.

  • looks like a schwazznegger movie xD

  • @thedragonb0y

Electronic Arts exists since the 80s.....

  • i search for the german version from Bioforge and log books in german where you every found ingame.Dark Atmosphere like Blade Runner PC Adventure. Music Part 1 and 2 is soooo nice.DuM Dum dumdudmdum XD .Midi Files where i found not so good. Bioforge OST can anyone upload to youtube?

  • Best terminator game that wasn't a Terminator game!

  • cliche, but yes the memories. I remember when i first saw this, it blew my mind, i used to get lost in this world.

  • Ha! Memories. I used to play this on my brother's 486 and think, wow, these graphics are amazing!!!

  • I loved this game. Wish someone makes a remake of this for Xbox 360

  • MIDI music FTW! :D

  • Aww, wow..I haven't seen this for almost 15 years. Good game!

  • subject must stay in bunk, recouperation is mandatory. those words have been stuck in my head for 14 years. at long last i have finally found what game that is from!!!!!!

  • @Grenadeinmouth86 same here m8, i still play Bio after all those years :). I'd so like get a plot of Bioforge Plus..

  • That dr mustaba scared me when I was a kid

  • @sm0kie420 me too :p

  • So did I. I was 7 when I saw my cousin play this game (on a 486, so it was lagging). He made it to Dr. Mastaba's lab and he (not counting his lab with the blood-stained operation table) scared the hell out of me.

  • Im really sad they never finished the story for this...

  • I wonder what 3d software they used for this...

  • Well, I use DosBox on XP.

That works perfectly. I think on Vista DosBox should do it too!

Just try it. You can download dosbox legally. google for it

  • I finished the game once again yesterday... One of the best pc games that were ever made.

I can't think of one game produced in the last decade that can compare to the incredible atmosphere of bioforge.

I think I should start making a walkthrough for this game

  • I take it it doesnt work on vista?

  • *Tear*... :(

  • we got this game waaay back in 1995, it came with our first family pc, of course it broke down every minutes into gameplay because there was insufficient RAM, broke my heart lol

  • Before EA arrived everything was better.

I miss you Westwood Studio!!!!!! Dune 2...

Anyway, i'd like to see a second part of Bioforge too.

  • @Koubrah hahah im glad someone else hates those fucks as well, EA do rubbish games

  • one of the best games ever, at least story-wise (thats what counts for me).

i hope ea will stay the hell away from it :) ea is a buch of idiots, only comparable to microsoft if anything :)

  • A remake or accurate sequel, perhaps on modern consoles would be awesome for us fans, but I don't think it would generally sell very well...

  • One of the best.

  • Origin was bought out by EA Games, and EA Games massacred the project.

(My uncle Lance was programmer for Origins.)

  • Electronic Arts is the worst thing that ever happened to PC gaming. I mean, they destroyed the Ultima series for christ's sake. One of the most influential and historic game franchises and they just tossed it like it was nothing.

  • fucked EA :(

i love bioforge, every single bit of it.

  • @jackal3311

Me too. Even during the 12th playthrough.

  • yeah, would like to see bioforge 2, maybe maybe, who knows...

  • This is one game I'd like a sequel of, or a remake!

  • Indeed one of the greatest games ever! The plot, the graphics (well back then anyways), the gameplay, the puzzles ARRGHHHH I want more!!! =(

  • freakin awesome!! I loved this game!! :D

  • Hell what a game! I´m still waiting for the sequel...

  • love love love this game.. miss it : (

  • nice nice game old but gold

  • this game was ahead of its time. I loved it

  • this is the best game ever. i loved it and still love it and even play it today ! the best story etc.!!!

  • this is the first pc game y played and man brings me hell of grreat memories watching this, i love this game!!!

  • I think that the voices, e.g. of Dr. Mastaba, are much better in the german version.

  • THIS GAME is so great man, great story with lots of mysteries an those special moments. The awakening of the alien and all... Dr. Mastaba the bastard, still haunts me as long as there's no sequel where I can finally kill the guy!

  • HELL YEAH!!

near the end where he escapes with escher on the dropship was just BEGGING sequel

    shame. Awesome game

  • this is one of my favorite games ever

  • Classic! Nice game!

  • tolles spiel

  • I loved Bioforge as a kid. Some of the gameplay was a little clunky, but it made up for it with storyline and some downright spooky cutscenes.

  • GOIL! das waren noch zeiten!
