By the way, I know it's been months and all, but I can confirm that Dark Samus was what made you corrupted. The story booklet thingy in the Trilogy case says that Dark Samus planted it in them to control them with.

That's not Mother Brain, it's Aurora unit 242. But there is reason to suspect that the aurora project is the result of the original Mother Brain experiments.

what happens when you are 100% phazon infected?

You get the Terminal Corruption game over screen.

Although later on when your phazon regenerates itself during corruption you can just shoot the phazon out of you. So you're unlikely to die unless you can't shoot fast enough or take on too much damage.

I don't think there's a term for it. You're just corrupted. Basically that happens if you sustain heavy damage all at once, or you let yourself in hypermode for too long

Sure if the red bar becomes full, then you die of terminal corruption (I have a video on that at the end of this walkthrough).

It's pretty hard to die of terminal corruption. I mean all you have to do is shoot it off lol

I take advantage of the regenerating phazon though. You'll see that eventually.

Giant brains definitely aren't Samus's favorite thing in the world. She definitely seems shocked to see the AU in person, which tells me she sees a Mother Brain/AU connection as well. I don't think she was running at 5:18 just because of the urgency of the mission.

Definitely not needed or required to scan. But you know a lot of the questions people ask about, "How do you beat this guy?" is answered when you scan the certain object.

Also if you're going for 100% logbook scans you'd scan practically everything xD I just prefer to because it's fun and I like reading the information they have on lores and such

Oh and your phazon gauge goes up if you stay in hypermode too long. The dangerous thing about that is, any serious damage you take will make your bar go up higher, so you gotta keep shooting to keep it low.
