HOLY MOTHER OF GOD!!! HAIL THE MIGHTY LEGO DESIGNER!!! The Yamato had the biggest guns, best armor, best AA, basicaly best of everything. The only thing that would even have a slight chance would be the Iowa class. But other then that one ship nothing came close to the majasty of the Yamato. AWSOME!

LOL Yamato with the best AA??? Type 96 25mm Triple guns had a horrible rate of fire. The Allies 40mm Quadruple Bofors were a whole lot better than 4 of the type 96 guns. They had horrible range. But the Yamato did have the best AA placement. But very useless when you have really bad guns and don't even have a gunnery radar. No whole point of having big guns if you can't even get a hit. The Bismarck was probably by far the most advanced ship.

It had the best AA technology in WW II. That is why the Germans sunk the ship theirselves so that the allies will not get a hold of the technology. Don't believe me then how come the Bismarck sunk the hood and damaged the Prince of Wales in a matter of minutes?

When you finish the lego yamato. Are u going to make okto tachi no yamato movie in lego? Then you will have to make the inside of the yamato scene on a separate part of it. Not inside the huge model. A copy of it but smaller to show lego guys going inside the yamato or even inside the command brigde.

Why did this receive a thumbs down? Well I'd have to say the Iowa-Class's were the best ones. However if they did add a much dated gun director then it would have had its incredible main battery guns could have shelled right through any ship.

Dont ask me, no idea why I was given the thumbs down. I'd believe theres people out there who are very sensitive re. Japan during WW2. I dont know. But the fact is, the Yamato and sister ship Musashi were the greatest warship ever built. 18" barrels, 22,500 tons of armor etc etc. Iowa class are fine looking, but with 16" and less armor, well... it is a shame they didnt meet. Anyway I know since then USA came up with super carriers over 100,000 tons etc but I'm talking bout the old battlewagons.
