Fake. Nice effects, but fake. The light that reflects off of the saucer's edge in the first couple of seconds is in the wrong place. In addition, the wing is fuzzy while the saucer edge is optically clear. There's also slightly less shake to the saucer from where it was positioned for render.

Good observations, although I think those are debatable. The light in the beginning could have come from one of the plane's lights. The saucer only seems to be in better focus when it's closer. As for the less shake, the reflections in the window are close enough to the lens to make them shake more during camera movement than anything in the background. I am however curious as to why there are some missing seconds between the two scenes. continued....

I'd guess that the missing frames are because the next set of frames look more obviously faked. The light off of the edge would not be from a light off of the wing, it is rendered distance lighting and is in the wrong place to be from the plane. The spot would be more to the right, not to mention have a delta hue and brightness. The ridged edge is also a giveaway based on how the light moves over the ridges. Like I said, fake. UFO's are like religion, people go through a lot to mess with you.

I've recorded from a plane before, so I am aware at how the window frame along with the tight space limits the camera movement. I want to hear from a CGI expert. My question would be: How hard would it be to get that ufo to show up between the sky and all those scratches on the window? I was thinking "fake" at first, but then I noticed all the window detail. I'm not a CGI expert, so I'm hoping one comes along and answers that question.

There was no panic on board at all. The flight was not crowded, anyway. All we passengers were mesmerized by the view of the object, but I think no one thought we were in danger. As the other passengers later declared in the interviews, the object seemed rather "curious" about us rather than menacing. Anyway it stayed in sight no longer than 1 minute.

Prima domanda: dura poco perché è un montaggio dei due spezzoni in cui si vedeva qualcosa. L'avvistamento è durato molto poco ed è stato difficile da riprendere. Seconda domanda: il video non è inedito. Dell'avvistamento parlarono i TG ed il secondo spezzone venne trasmesso da un TG dell'ora di pranzo un paio di giorni dopo. Nessuna associazione ufologica si è mai pronunciata in merito. Come autore del filmato, non ho avuto remore a pubblicarlo su youTube.

The camera movement was limited by the window's plastic edge. Apart from that, with an eye I was trying to watch the scene directly, with the other eye trying to follow the object in the viewfinder. The camera's LCD wasn't bright enough in the sun's backlight.
